From Need to Giving
Khalid once benefited from educational support as a child, and later grew into a grateful young volunteer who now helps other students continue their path of learning.

In his early school years, Khalid was one of the children who faced major challenges in continuing education because of his family’s limited financial means. He sometimes felt that his dreams were bigger than his reality and that the road ahead was filled with obstacles. But the intervention of Elm & Dafa Association through support and encouragement opened a new door he never expected.
Khalid received what he needed to continue his studies, but he also gained something deeper: the feeling that society had not forgotten him, and that someone saw value and potential in him. That meaning stayed in his heart for many years and pushed him to work hard until he successfully completed his educational stages.
As he grew older, Khalid decided not to keep that kindness only for himself, but to turn it into giving for others. He became a volunteer who participates in educational activities and humanitarian initiatives, helping encourage younger students to hold on to their dreams. He speaks to them honestly about his own experience and reminds them that sincere support can change a person’s life completely.
Today, Khalid represents a beautiful example of the lasting impact of charitable and educational work. The beneficiary of yesterday can become the supporter of today, and the one who once received goodness can pass it on to others.
